CHEAP Delta Flights from SEA (Seattle) to TPE (Taiwan)

Delta introduced a NEW direct flight from Seattle to Taipei in June 2024. And now is your chance to check out Delta’s international flight and this amazing Asia Pacific (APAC) island.

The airline will use an Airbus A330-900neo aircraft for this year-round service.

We found round-trip basic economy tickets for October travel for 44,000 Points plus $39. The dollar value of this is $671, which 1.5 cents per point.

While this is much better than 1 point per dollar, it’s not the best redemption I’ve ever made in my life.

But what makes this flight worth booking is the 15% off when you use your Delta credit card to book flights via Delta.

This reduced our 37,400, which increases the value of the points to 1.8 cents per point! If you’re paying in cash, the cost is reduced to $570 with the 15% discount!

Regardless, a round trip international 11-13 hour trip to Asia at this price is insane. You’ll have to fly economy, but when you’re traveling with a big group, this makes it affordable for everyone traveling to APAC.

How to Book

You can book this cheap Delta flight to Taipei by searching for the flight through Delta’s website. The $671 fare can also be found when searching Google Flights.

If you want to save an additional 15% off, apply for the Delta Amex card PRIOR to booking. You’ll also need credit card approval.  There are three credit card options and all of them offer the 15% discount with the most inexpensive option being $150 per year.
